IMPORTANT DESIGN INTERFACE SOLUTIONS WERE ACHIEVED FOR THE GOLF CLUB AND PARKLAND TRANSITION AREAS, PUBLIC ACCESS AND PARK AMENITY.
THE DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION WAS WELL RECEIVED BY THE PUBLIC AND LOCAL COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVES. PRESENTATION DRAWINGS FOR USE BY CLIENT FOR COUNCIL DESIGN DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL PROCESS.

COMPLETED APPROVAL DOCUMENTATION FROM MCU APPLICATION THROUGH TO APPROVAL OF OPERATIONAL WORKS.
THE DESIGN DOCUMENTATION WAS WELL ENDORSED BY COUNCIL THROUGH THE APPROVAL PROCESS.

AN EXISTING DWELLING OVERLOOKS A STEEP NORTH FACING BLOCK. THE POOL HAS BEEN DESIGNED AROUND AN EXISTING ROCK FORMATION AND REFLECTS A SIMILAR STYLE TO THE RESIDENCE. A SERIES OF TURF TERRACES, DRY STACK ROCK WALLS & CONTRASTING PLANTINGS FLOW DOWN THE BLOCK. 
A CONCEPT DESIGN WAS ENDORSED BY THE CLIENT PRIOR TO THE PREPARATION OF DETAILED DOCUMENTATION FOR TENDER AND CONSTRUCTION PURPOSES.
